Squeaky Wheel Adventures is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit Maine based and licensed tripping camp founded in 2001 which provides safe outdoor recreational trips designed to educate and strengthen participants connections to themselves, each other and our world. SWA strives to provide a forum for children with shared life experiences to come together in a safe and nurturing environment to experience adventure, self growth, and to build meaningful friendships with their peers.

During our trips we travel and live on our custom converted, eco-friendly forty foot 1963 GMC transit bus for exciting and educational multi-day road trips, which uniquely blend fun, adventure, self exploration, and environmental education and stewardship. Our vegetable oil powered bus serves as a working model for kids to see, experience and explore alternative energy and its impact. Our trips offer experiences that encourage self growth and confidence building which will last a lifetime.
