Matching Gifts
 
Many companies now offer a matching gift program. If your company has a "matching gift program" you can simply complete the employee section of the matching gift form and guidelines(usually available via the Human Resources Department) and submit with your donation. If you make your donation online then simply complete the form and mail it to us at:
